Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code Section 5123:2-2-02, the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is required to conduct background investigations for purposes of employment. Please note that per 5123:2-2-02, there are five tiers of disqualifying offenses with corresponding time periods that preclude an applicant from being employed with this agency. Therefore, all applicants under final consideration will be required to submit to background checks through the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. EDUCATIONAL AIDE

The Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is looking for a part time Educational Aide. This candidate will be responsible for continuous and constant monitoring of an assigned individual to ensure safety and welfare of individual and others. Provide assistance in implementing programs.  Assist in providing structured activities and programs.  Collect data on individual programs.  Remain familiar with Program Implementation Plan (IEP, IFSP or ILP) and implements all programs for assigned individual. Provides physical assistance to assigned individual in areas of daily functioning including toileting, eating, dressing, mobility and hygiene. Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support including observation, data collection, direct intervention and preparing and maintaining written records. Responsible for loading and unloading assigned individual onto and off of bus. Candidate should possess a High school diploma or GED. This position will expire on 10/16/2017. FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

The Fairfield County Board of DD is seeking a Facilities Technician. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and custodial services for assigned buildings. Must be able to work independently and be a self starter.Qualifications include High School diploma, minimum of 2 years' experience working with electrical, plumbing, building structure, heating/cooling and grounds keeping; HVAC experience preferred; ability to lift up to 75lbs. frequently in a safe manner; and valid Ohio drivers' license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier. DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALIST

The Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Developmental Specialist to work in the coaching and supporting of parents/caregivers in activities to enhance their child's development. This position provides on-going services in the natural environment of families to address the developmental needs of children (0-3 years of age) who have met the eligibility of the Help Me Grow Program.  The qualifying individual must hold a Bachelor's degree or graduate level degree in education, health, social or behavioral science, social services, human services, or other related field from an accredited college of university. Instructor Assistant Substitute

The Fairfield County Board of DD is currently accepting applications for the Instructor Assistant Substitute position. This is specialized work assisting an instructor in the training of individuals who have developmental disabilities. SCHOOL BUS DRIVERs-PetermanN company
