Services for Children

Supporting all Ages and Stages of Childhood.
Fairfield DD staff work to coordinate services for families and children of all ages. Through different stages of childhood, different services are available.

  • For Children Ages Birth to 3 years old
In conjunction with Help Me Grow, the team assists families in enhancing their child’s development in their natural environments. Services are provided at times and places convenient for families. Learn more about EI.

  • Age 3 to Transition (around age 13)
When a child turns 3, the team will transition to coordinating services to empower the child to succeed. The Individual Support Coordinator (ISC) will help identify and connect with services available to the child in the community and through the local school districts. • Transition to Adulthood (around age 18)
