What is an RFP?

An RFP is a Request for Provider so individuals and their families can seek providers who will support progress on their outcomes.

If you are looking for opportunities to provide services, be sure to review all RFP’s and respond to any that you meet all listed requirements.

New Providers
If you are a new provider to Fairfield County please fill out the provider information form and follow the directions to be added to our lists.
New Provider Form

Express your interest:
If you are interested in a particular RFP, please fill out the form for each posting of interest.

Keep in mind that your response will be sent to the individual/family so be sure to take this opportunity to make a good impression. The individual/family will choose the providers and will call those they desire to meet for an interview.

Please respond as soon as possible to the request.
If the RFP has been removed, the need has been filled and those who expressed interest will be notified.

What happens next?
Once an RFP has been filled, all those who were interviewed will be notified regardless of if selected to fill the position.
