Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code Section 5123:2-2-02, the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is required to conduct background investigations for purposes of employment. Please note that per 5123:2-2-02, there are five tiers of disqualifying offenses with corresponding time periods that preclude an applicant from being employed with this agency. Therefore, all applicants under final consideration will be required to submit to background checks through the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. For more information, please review OAC 5123:2-2-02. Also, due to safety issues within the workplace, prospective employees must also pass a drug test prior to being hired.

The Fairfield County Board of DD is currently accepting applications for the Instructor-School Age position. This is work instructing and training individuals with developmental disabilities. Instructor Assistant Substitute
The Fairfield County Board of DD is currently accepting applications for the Instructor Assistant Substitute position. This is specialized work assisting an instructor in the training of individuals who have developmental disabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Learning Never Ends, LLC
Learning Never Ends is currently accepting applications for the Community Engagement Specialist Position. This individual will be responsible for provision of necessary supports and services to adults with developmental disabilities who attend a Day Habilitation and/or Employment Program.
