Time Off & Flexibility

We know time away from work matters. Whether it’s for rest, family, or just a reset, we offer flexible options to help you take the time you need.

  • You’ll receive three weeks of sick leave each year, with the ability to roll unused time over
  • Vacation time starts after six months, beginning with one week
  • As your time with us grows, your vacation increases, with up to five weeks available based on years of service
  • Vacation time can be rolled over, so you don’t lose what you’ve earned
  • You’ll also have up to four personal days each year for added flexibility when life comes up
  • We offer 14 paid holidays for 12-month employees and 9 paid holidays for 9-month employees, giving you additional time to rest and recharge

Additional Peace of Mind

We offer added protection and support for you and your family.

  • A $50,000 basic life insurance policy is provided
