Time Off & Flexibility
We know time away from work matters. Whether it’s for rest, family, or just a reset, we offer flexible options to help you take the time you need.
You’ll receive three weeks of sick leave each year, with the ability to roll unused time over
Vacation time starts after six months, beginning with one week
As your time with us grows, your vacation increases, with up to five weeks available based on years of service
Vacation time can be rolled over, so you don’t lose what you’ve earned
You’ll also have up to four personal days each year for added flexibility when life comes up
We offer 14 paid holidays for 12-month employees and 9 paid holidays for 9-month employees, giving you additional time to rest and recharge
