He likes to play air hockey in the game room, going to the movies, and playing games at arcades. He enjoys helping at the grocery store by pushing the cart. He requires support with Personal Hygiene: showering in evenings and being changed. Mobility: He walks but needs provider near because his balance is unsteady. He has a wheelchair for longer distances or for when his legs are bothering him. Household chores: He participates with support washing dishes, putting away laundry, and cooking. He has positive behavior supports in his service plan to assist him with personal growth and with furthering independence. Provider must be comfortable with dogs.
