Sensory Seekers and Explorer Day is a free, drop-in program designed specifically for neurodivergent children of all ages and their families. This welcoming, predictable environment reduces community barriers by offering evidence-based activities tailored to unique sensory needs, including a giant corn sensory bin for fine motor skills, "heavy work" farm chores for grounding, and supervised animal grooming to boost empathy and communication. Families can explore a textured sensory walkway to build physical confidence or utilize dedicated quiet zones—equipped with noise-canceling headphones and weighted toys—to help children self-regulate and reset at their own pace. No registration is required, making it easy for families to show up, play, and connect. This is an ongoing event with additional dates: July 19, August 9, 16.
