Forest Rose Preschool Tuition Agreement

2026-2027 Forest Rose Preschool Peer Role Models Tuition Agreement

DAYS/HOURS – Tuition is based on a Monday through Thursday schedule, full days, 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

RATES – Tuition will be charged at a daily rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day. Invoices will be emailed to parents at the end of each month from the Fairfield DD Fiscal Office, and tuition is due at the beginning of the month in which service is being provided (ex: May tuition is due May 1st). All payments must be made directly to the Fairfield DD Fiscal Office as instructed on your invoice. Your child’s spot will be held as long as tuition remains current.

SICK DAYS AND OTHER ABSENCES – The full daily rate will be charged and tuition is still expected for these days unless hospitalization is required.

EXCEPTION IN TUITION CHARGE – In the event that your child is hospitalized, your child’s tuition will be waived for that week. Proof of hospitalization and discharge paperwork may be requested.

HOLIDAYS/IN-SERVICE DAYS/WEATHER-RELATED CLOSINGS – No tuition will be charged for holidays or any other day that the school is not open.

RETURNED CHECKS – Two or more occurrences of returned checks will result in being asked to pay by cash, money order. or online credit card payment only. In addition, payment must be received to cover funds within three (3) banking days of notification.

WITHDRAWAL/CHANGE OF SCHEDULE – You must give Forest Rose School a one-week notice in writing prior to withdrawing your child. If you wish to return after withdrawal, space is not guaranteed and you may be subject to a $20.00 re-enrollment fee. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances. If a one-week notice is not provided, tuition will be charged for that week.

I agree to all the above, including the obligation to pay all charges for tuition and fees, and in all events to be responsible for the financial obligations of my child. I also understand that failure to pay by stated date may immediately result in my child no longer being able to attend school.
