Housing Options

Individual Support Coordinators will help people navigate housing choices and options. This may include living alone or with family, friends, or a significant other. It may include living with one or several roommates. Home and community-based waivers are one way to receive funding to help pay for services needed to live at home or in a community-based setting. Another option is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) which is a place where a person with a disability can live and receive services in a group setting.
