Bachelor of Education & Human Development with a specialization in Developmental Disabilities & Habilitation from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University
Experience:
LaTisha began her professional journey in 2008 as a Job Coach with Fairfield Industries, where she supported individuals in achieving and maintaining meaningful employment. She expanded her impact by serving as an ISC with Fairfield DD, helping students in transition plan their next steps after graduation. In 2015, LaTisha advanced to ISC Supervisor, leading a team of coordinators and supporting the agency’s mission of promoting independence. Today, she continues her commitment to support and leadership as the Assistant Director of Services & Supports at Fairfield DD.
