About
Living the values and commitments recognition program
The Culture of Engagement QIP committee consists of staff members who are committed to providing staff with opportunities and activities to gain trust and respect, and to open communication, thus leading to a culture of engagement within the organization.
In 2017 they introduced the Living the Values and Commitments employee recognition program for all Fairfield DD staff. This program recognizes staff members who are observed demonstrating the core values of Fairfield DD. Nominations can be made by ANYONE - co-workers, family members, individuals and community members - when an employee demonstrates one or more of the following values:
Hard Work, Innovation and Fiscal Responsibility
Personalized Services and Choice
Relationships Built on Respect
Collaboration and Partnerships
Nomination forms are available at each building, or by clicking here.
