The goal of the Birth to Three Program is to provide strategies for parents and caregivers to promote the developmental skills of their children under three years old. Research has shown that the earlier children with disabilities begin receiving services, the better their development as they begin to mature.

The Birth to Three Program offers developmental stimulation and/or therapy in the area(s) of delay (as identified in your Individualized Family Service Plan).  Services are provided by an Early Intervention Specialist, an Occupational Therapist, a Physical Therapist, or a Speech Therapist.

Our services can be delivered in-home or at Forest Rose School in Lancaster. We can develop a schedule that meets the family’s needs.
