Individual Support

The Services and Supports Department at the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities provides a number of services for the individuals and families that we serve, including:

•              Individual Support Coordination

•              Intake and Eligibility

•              Family Resource Services

•              Behavior Support

The Role of The ISC

•              Helping individuals and families determine priorities

•              Making a plan that helps individuals choose the services they want

•              Linking the individual with the services and agencies that meet their needs

•              Monitoring the services that have been chosen
