An Individual Support Coordinator from the Department of Services and Supports is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.  After office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Information and Referral Services answers our main line 740.652.7220.  Simply follow the menu prompts, and trained staff from Information and Referral Services will discuss your concern and contact the on-call ISC when needed.  You may also call 2.1.1. after office hours to reach Information and Referral Services.

To report actual or suspected abuse or neglect of an individual with developmental disabilities call 740.652.7220 to contact the Fairfield County Board of DD. You may also make an anonymous call by calling the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities Hotline at 1.866.313.6733.
