We Are Just Full of Class!
Art and Clay on Main Studios began offering educational art classes for school-age children last month and they have been so popular that we are continuing them throughout the year!

In an effort to bring art education to area youth, we have rolled up our sleeves every Tuesday and Thursday and presented art lessons ranging from mosaics to robots! This program is structured according to Ohio Department of Education guidelines and offers projects designed to be completed in just one session. The cost for After School Art is just $10 a class or 8 classes for $65 and includes all materials.
In October our classes will focus on artists such as Miro and Kandinksky and students will create kaleidoscopes, mixed media pieces, lanterns and more!
Not to be forgotten, Art and Clay is having a blast with our new artists, ages 6 and under, accompanied by an adult every Wednesday morning beginning September 5th from 9:30 to 10:30. This program, dubbed PreSchool Picassos focuses on creative expression. It offers children the opportunity to explore things such as finger-painting and stenciling and to create rain sticks, hand mirrors and much more. In addition, children and guardians both will have the opportunity to interact with one another in a vibrant, creative atmosphere. The cost for Preschool Picassos is just $8 a class and includes all materials....and sometimes a story too!!
